Ken Says: It was 17* here in Shelbyville this morning and a high of 39* for the day. Great weather if you are ice fishing but we haven't had ice for awhile now. Water temps or in the mid 40's and lake level is getting closer to normal winter pool of 594. Your best bet is wait to late morning and let the sun warm the shallow water up and cast a jig under a float (18 to 24 inch's ) at laydowns and stumps in about 6 feet of water in major creek arms. Look for the gulls in your area they will let you know were the bait is... Tight lines
